TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [8/9/2026]This contract applies to the artist & rigger, further called Seller, and a person or institution, further called Customer, purchasing from Seller a work of art, further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
- Payment can be received fully or with a payment plan ( payment plan can be discussed depending on amount )
- Payment through PayPal or CashApp ( PayPal Only For Artist )
- The prices may differ depending on add-ons.
-You can pay the artist and then have a waiting period to pay the riggerPRODUCT DELIVERY
- Products will be sent by discord or email depending on sizeREVISIONS
- Artwork: You will get 3 free revisions only during the sketch + flat color phase. After that, the process of cutting the VTuber model will start and changes might be charged extra depending on the complexity!
- Revisions may affect the progress and timeline!FEES
- Design fee: +50% of the original price.
The design fee will be applied for whenever someone isn't able to provide a picture of their character.
- NDA + 50% of the original price
- NSFW fee: +50% of the original price
The NSFW fee will be applied for whenever full Nudity is involved.COMMUNICATION

- The Client can always ask for updates
- finished artwork will be sent through Discord and/or Email.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
-Personal, Commercial & Merch use are already included in the VTuber model, scene, & rigging
- As the Artist I am allowed to repost the artwork on any of my socials or websites.
- The Client isn't allowed to claim the work as their own, credit always must be given when displaying our work.
- Do not change my work in any way, if the Client wants a different version of the piece it should've been part of the commission. However, the Client is allowed to crop it, add text or animate the artwork.
- If the client decides to sell their character, any artwork I've done for them may only be sold at the same price they've purchased from us!
- DO NOT use our artwork or rigging for NFT, crypto or AI imaging websites/programs.REFUNDS
- No refunds allowed once the commission process has begun.
- If the Client wishes to cancel the commission before it has begun, a full refund will given.
- If the artist needs to stop working for personal or health reasons, a refund also will be given.
- A full refund will be given if the artwork isn't provided before the approved deadline.
